How can these be gluten free?!

I ordered the gluten-free version of the cinnamon rolls because I had not had a cinnamon roll for nearly 10 years. I was not disappointed! These were soft, thick, gooey, and decadent. How they made their cinnamon rolls just like the thing I’ve missed for so many years.
